Free Delivery Challan & Gate Pass Maker

A Delivery Challan (चलानी पत्र) accompanies goods during transit from a warehouse, factory, or store to a client, branch, or job-work contractor. It verifies physical possession of goods during highway transit and security gate-checks, even before an invoice is issued or when transferring goods internally.

Standard logistics practice uses 3 copies: Original Copy (for Receiver to verify received packages), Duplicate Copy (for Transporter / Driver as transit proof), and Triplicate Copy (retained by Dispatch / Accounts for billing reconciliation).

The challan should always record the Vehicle / Truck Number (e.g. Ba 2 Kha 8942), Driver's Full Name, and Driver's Mobile Number. In case of road delays or accidents, the sender and receiver can immediately contact the transporter.
